it's interesting honestly to think how much one character effects the entire thing, especially one who doesn't get as much credit as he should.
also to consider: Tobirama chose Hiruzen over Danzo as his successor when he sacrificed himself for the team he was with, which lended itself to Danzo being as devious as he was outside of his jurisdiction with Root, Foundation, stealing Sharingan and experimenting with Orochimaru, attempting to take Hokage title from Tsunade and take control of SA would not have happened if Tobirama had chosen Danzo (although it wasn't the right choice and Danzo had to die knowing that he was wrong and Tobirama was right har har)
